While we do save customer information in our database to keep track of buying and to make future transactions smoother and faster for the customer, shipping information is not sold or given to third-parties.
Email information will be used to send newsletters and other IRTOOLS.CA information to you if specified. In general, your information is kept private and not given to anyone other than those know need to see it to complete the transaction.
We use encrypted and secure methods of transferring the customer's sensitive information over the internet. We DO NOT save any credit card information permanently.
If a customer feels they do not want to use our online system, they can call our phone number and give us their order. Any questions about this policy can be sent via email, phone, or our feedback form.
