We process orders during regular business hours:

Monday through Friday;

6:30 am - 5:30 pm Pacific Time

We use a tiered shipping model.  Please reference below.  All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars.

We can also use your own preferred shipping company/account.  Let us know these details in the special comments when completing your order.

All products on this site ship within 24 - 72 hours of receipt of your order and will arrive in 5 - 7 days from shipping date.  There are circumstances where shipping will be delayed due to a backordered part.

*Free Shipping Policy

• Your orders must have a subtotal of $149.99 or more to be eligible for free shipping to most locations in Canada
• Only order being shipped within Canada(Excluding NWT, Yukon and Nunavut) and using our Standard/Ground shipping are eligible
• Oversize and heavy products that are over 66lbs are not eligible for free shipping.(Only items over 66lbs on one order will have to receive a paid shipping)
• Remote and rural locations do not qualify for free shipping - Contact us to request a quote on shipping to your location
• Heavy and over-sized items are excluded from this offer.  Please contact us via chat or contact form to confirm the shipping costs to your location.
• Free shipping promotion is subject to change without notice.

No credit card, no problem!  We now offer Interac e-Transfer!

Interac e-Transfer

IMPORTANT NOTE: Since we do not offer live inventory, not everything listed on the site is available all of the time. Please do not send your eTransfer until we've emailed you to confirm that the stock is available. If there are any order adjustments that affect your total, you will need to re-send the transfer, which (depending on your bank) may incur additional fees that you are responsible for. The easiest way to avoid that is to be patient and wait until you hear from us!

All you need is an email address, access to online or mobile banking at a participating financial institution, and you're ready to start. We will email a final confirmation that your order is in stock and the total amount to pay.

To send an Interac e-Transfer:

Login to online or mobile banking at a participating financial institution
Choose Interac e-Transfer (or Interac Email Money Transfer) within the Transfer/Payment menu options
Add IRTools.ca as a recipient by entering our email address This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
Fill in the Interac e-Transfer information (dollar amount, account from which to withdraw the funds and the security question ( In this case your 9 digit order number)
Follow the instructions to confirm the information and complete the transfer

Once we've received confirmation, your order will be shipped!

Orders over $1000 might need to be paid in two installments over a 24 hour period. Check with your bank for your limit details.

PayPal

Know as the safest way to send money online!

You don't need to have a PayPal account to pay with PayPal, but it does speed up the process. To open an account please visit PayPal.

When checking out, your shopping cart will automatically direct you to PayPal to confirm payment.

To speed up the processing and delivery of your order please have your shipping address confirmed by PayPal ahead of time.
